One upstairs bedroom will become available in the Madison House beginning January 1. The sublease runs through April with option to continue through August. $360/month, 5 grad-student housemates, live music in the backyard in the summer, front porch, hardwood floors, close proximity to all downtown and Central Campus amenities, as well as on transit lines to points beyond.
